Classes Offered at San Antonio Spirit
Summer Day Class: These classes are designed to give our athletes time to work on specific skill sets along with additional time to work in the gym. Throughout the summer, San Antonio Spirit will offer classes between the hours of 10am - 2pm in efforts to get the athletes out of their house and moving during the summer days (we are looking out for moms and dads with this option).
Regular Classes: These classes take place during the hours of 4pm-9pm. We offer classes ranging from jump, flyer, tumbling, and dance for all ages. Our Tiny and Youth program is designed for the children getting acquainted with the sport all while still having fun and beginning to love the sport.

One or more coaches are provided during the session to help with skills and maintain a safe environment. This is not a class; however, there are stations implemented to help keep some organization during the athletes’ workout. All ages and skill levels welcomed.
$10 for Saturday Open Gym
$5 for Special Event Open Gyms
Private lessons are one-on-one sessions to work on specific skills with a coach. Athletes are responsible for scheduling these through their chosen coach. Upon arrival, athletes must check in with the front desk. Maximum of 2 athletes per 60 minute session.
$45 for 30 min
$65 for 60 min
$45 ea. athlete for 60 min
